They generate 7000 op-eds per year and represent some of the biggest FTSE500 companies (e.g. pharma) through to trade unions, think tanks, media companies, manufacturers, and not-for-profits. They have a strong team of 35 who have graduated from the likes of Yale and Cambridge, they have worked for the Environmental Defence Fund, law firms, advertising firms, and the Wall Street Journal, and have even authored novels.
They invest in training onsite and consequently, this is not a remote role.
Role & responsibilities
To be considered you must have at least one continuous year of corporate PR or Public Affairs experience.
Build relationships with journalists
Write press releases, op-eds, and content
Pitch stories to media outlets, including newspaper, radio, and television
Drive complex issues campaigns and strategic PR campaigns
Ensure inquiries from media contacts are fulfilled
Ensure strong client retention
Undertaking research for new business proposals and presenting to potential new clients
Keep abreast of current affairs
You should have an interest in public policy
