An agency that works with well-recognised and prestigious brands in the perfume, makeup, skincare, and wellbeing space is on the lookout for either an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager. This firm was founded in London but is also expanding into the US and this an exciting time to join a firm that is on an upward trajectory. They offer PR, multi-channel communications strategy, brand architecture, positioning, influence & KOL strategy, retail strategy, strategic brand partnerships, sustainability and CSR strategy, VIP projects and collaborations. The team gather in their West London office four times a week to advise high-profile brands.

Role & responsibilities

  • To be considered you must have existing UK PR experience in the luxury beauty

  • Drive client objectives and implement the strategic approach

  • Work closely with senior leaders to provide strategic support and act as the senior client lead, day to day

  • Inspire, manage, and oversee junior team members

  • Execute clients' communications strategy and key campaigns to include digital, social and print media. Implement and manage the PR calendar to support all launch initiatives

  • Strong media & influencer relationships allowing regular and successful media outreach and cultivating relationships.

  • Excellent pitching skills that results in converting editorial for your brands

  • Proactively pitching new ideas to clients - strong concepts aligned with overall strategy.

  • Leading client meetings alongside the team, ensuring status updates are delivered in a professional and knowledgeable manner.

  • Manage organic influencer relations database opt in outreach nano, micro, macro, KOL influencer campaigns with relevant converting partners

  • Constant development and updating of personal knowledge of clients’ products and internal policies

  • Management, organisation and hosting of events

  • Ownership of thorough press, MUA / KOL /celebrity and influencer database for your clients making sure we are inclusive and diverse in our reach - bridging new ideas and talent

  • Secure qualitative print and digital press coverage and social across all digital, print and social platforms

  • Identify meaningful opportunities collaborations & partnerships for your client accounts

  • Monitor client KPI’s and year-on-year coverage figures, feeding back to senior team with updates and solutions if needed
