A well-respected luxury beauty communications agency in the UK that has recently expanded into the US is on the lookout for a seasoned luxury beauty PR professional who will report to a Director and Creative Strategist in New York. This agency offers PR, VIP engagement, brand architecture, creative direction, influencer relations, brand partnership formation, retail strategy, sustainability, CSR strategy, and experiential events.

You'll have the benefit of focusing your energy and channeling your creativity into working with only three well-known luxury beauty brands.

They work with brands such as Hermes, Glossier, Summer Fridays, Youth to The People, and OUAI.



Role & Responsibilities

  • You’ll support senior leaders in the development and execution of generating maximum brand exposure

  • Provide counsel to clients as opposed to taking direction from clients

  • Execute client communications strategy (PR, digital and launch initiatives)

  • Manage organic influencer database and manage opt-in outreach to nano, micro, macro and KOL influencers

  • Is able to take client business objectives and develop a linear and cohesive communication strategy that reflects those business objectives

  • Ensuring thorough and diverse outreach to press, MUA/KOL/celebrity and influencers

  • Devise creative ideas for meaningful brand partnerships

  • Build relationships with retailers to optimize exposure during launches

  • Manages but equally shows accountability in terms of meeting client expectations

  • Line managing a junior to ensure they meet targets and have a development plan

  • Exhibits strong new business skills both from a planning and proposal perspective and during in-person pitch opportunities

  • Have a clear understanding of paid, owned, and earned media strategies, and develop relationships with top influencers to support this activity

  • Organize events, launches, and experiential activities
