A global communications agency that specializes in PR, VIP, and marketing for the luxury travel, fashion, beauty, and lifestyle sector is on the lookout for a VIP & Events Director who will manage and grow a team of 6 within the agency. They have offices in LA, New York, London, and Hong Kong and are projected to grow even further next year.
Role & Responsibilities:
You will have agency experience with fashion weeks, event activations, luxury fashion brands. Strong media contacts and relationships is key.
Oversee department strategy in consultation with Company Directors •
Manage projects from initial brief through to concept and final execution working closely with the events team and directive from head of Departments.
Drive new business – focussing on retainer clients and clients that have commercial appeal
Managing incoming and outgoing revenue. In conjunction with CEO and Accountant oversee department cash flow
Manage contracts and work load for elected clients (along with Talent and Brand Partnerships Manager
Must be available for large scale events and meetings across various locations across the world
