VIP & Events Director



A global communications agency that specializes in PR, VIP, and marketing for the luxury travel, fashion, beauty, and lifestyle sector is on the lookout for a VIP & Events Director who will manage and grow a team of 6 within the agency. They have offices in LA, New York, London, and Hong Kong and are projected to grow even further next year.​

Role & Responsibilities:

  • You will have agency experience with fashion weeks, event activations, luxury fashion brands. Strong media contacts and relationships is key.

  • Oversee department strategy in consultation with Company Directors •

  • Manage projects from initial brief through to concept and final execution working closely with the events team and directive from head of Departments.

  • Drive new business – focussing on retainer clients and clients that have commercial appeal

  • Managing incoming and outgoing revenue. In conjunction with CEO and Accountant oversee department cash flow

  • Manage contracts and work load for elected clients (along with Talent and Brand Partnerships Manager

  • Must be available for large scale events and meetings across various locations across the world
