A firm with a presence in London and New York is on the lookout for a social media and paid media professional with established agency experience. They represent enviable clients within the martech, adtech, and advertising agency space and have fantastic staff retention. The agency fosters a positive culture that where people are celebrated.

Role & Responsibilities:
Building and managing paid social campaigns, primarily on LinkedIn.
Creating and testing audiences, messaging and formats.
Conducting A/B testing of ads, landing pages and workflows.
Monitoring campaigns daily/weekly and adjusting budgets, creative or targeting to optimise results.
Running detailed reporting on key performance metrics including CPC, CPL, CTR, CPM and conversion rates.
Recommending improvements to media strategy and investment plans.
Advising clients on LinkedIn content best practice.
Collaborating with the Content and Events teams on campaigns requiring paid amplification.
Supporting other social platforms where relevant to client strategy.
Leading client calls on campaign performance and insights.
Working with Account Directors to align paid media activities with broader campaign plans.
Experience managing paid social campaigns, preferably in B2B.
Strong analytical skills and confidence in interpreting data.
Ability to make strategic recommendations based on performance insights.
Competence with LinkedIn Campaign Manager; other platforms beneficial but not required.
