A firm with a presence in London and New York is on the lookout for a social media and paid media professional with established agency experience. They represent enviable clients within the martech, adtech, and advertising agency space and have fantastic staff retention. The agency fosters a positive culture that where people are celebrated.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Building and managing paid social campaigns, primarily on LinkedIn.

  • Creating and testing audiences, messaging and formats.

  • Conducting A/B testing of ads, landing pages and workflows.

  • Monitoring campaigns daily/weekly and adjusting budgets, creative or targeting to optimise results.

  • Running detailed reporting on key performance metrics including CPC, CPL, CTR, CPM and conversion rates.

  • Recommending improvements to media strategy and investment plans.

  • Advising clients on LinkedIn content best practice.

  • Collaborating with the Content and Events teams on campaigns requiring paid amplification.

  • Supporting other social platforms where relevant to client strategy.

  • Leading client calls on campaign performance and insights.

  • Working with Account Directors to align paid media activities with broader campaign plans.

  • Experience managing paid social campaigns, preferably in B2B.

  • Strong analytical skills and confidence in interpreting data.

  • Ability to make strategic recommendations based on performance insights.

  • Competence with LinkedIn Campaign Manager; other platforms beneficial but not required.
