An agency with a presence in London and New York is on the lookout for an experienced B2B events professional (3 years minimum of experience in this field). They represent enviable clients within the martech, adtech, and advertising agency space and have fantastic staff retention. The agency fosters a positive culture that where people are celebrated.

The team goes into the office twice a week. The Events & Social Specialist is responsible for planning, delivering and optimising client events and LinkedIn-led social programmes. Working across a number of clients, they manage day-to-day activity on events, social calendars and campaign execution, ensuring high-quality delivery, strong client communication and measurable impact.
Role & Responsbilities:
Planning and delivering webinars, virtual events, roundtables, fringe activations and in-person client events for clients and the agency's owned events
Managing logistics, invitations, RSVP processes, guest communications and partner coordination.
Creating event campaigns including landing pages, email sequences, promotional content and follow-up workflows.
Ensuring HubSpot workflows and data capture are set up correctly.
Providing detailed event performance reporting including attendance, engagement and lead quality.
Owning LinkedIn content calendars, posting schedules and channel operations.
Drafting social copy and coordinating with the Content team on supporting assets.
Advising clients on LinkedIn best practice and content optimisation.
Community management including monitoring comments, responding where appropriate and strengthening client presence.
Co-ordinating client onboarding for social and event programmes.
Managing project timelines, trackers and internal communication.
Supporting upsell opportunities across content, PR, HubSpot and event production.
