This firm has 45 members of staff in London and a newly formed team of 5 in New York who specialise in B2B communications for martech, adtech, advertising agencies and more recently retail technology. Teams are non-competitive and celebrate each other’s successes and there’s a flat structure offering people scope to take on a lot of responsibility. You only need to be in the office 8 times a month. They offer great benefits but let’s chat about those over the phone.

To be considered you'll need 3-4 years of experience in a similar role and have remained in your positions for extended periods of time.


Role & Responsibilities:


  • Report to the Director of Content

  • Writing blogs, bylines, marketing content and social media advertising copy (primarily for LinkedIn) on a wide range of topics for clients.

  • Optimising content for SEO and lead generation.

  • Liaising directly with clients to form strategies and help shape content briefs

  • Working on long-form content projects such as eBooks and White Papers.

  • Managing various email campaigns, including template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our email sends.

  • Manage a content executive

  • Support the development of the wider content team.

  • Assist PR Account Executives with developing ideas, creating content and producing pitches of required standard.

  • Contribute to new business pitches

  • Attend events/conferences if session write ups are needed by clients or the agency

  • Contribute to the agency's owned content

  • Collaborating with designers to produce visually engaging content such as infographics, eBooks and video when required.

  • Helping other departments to upsell content services.

  • Build up a bank of knowledge on the core client sectors of Marketing, Media, Martech and ecommerce
