A firm with a presence in London and New York is on the lookout for a growth marketing professional with established agency experience. This role is ideal for someone who is confident delivering multi-channel B2B campaigns, with a strong focus on HubSpot, ABM outreach, content creation/writing, event attendance and marketing, and LinkedIn paid media.

Role & Responsibilities:
Day to day client contact and manage client updates.
Strong working knowledge of HubSpot (email marketing, workflows, lists, landing pages, reporting).
Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn paid media campaigns.
Solid understanding of ABM principles and outbound prospecting tactics.
Strong writing skills for email, social and campaign copy.
Develop and deliver outbound campaigns across email and LinkedIn.
Use blogs, reports, articles and client insights to support nurturing and demand creation.
Build and manage email campaigns, sequences and workflows.
Maintain and segment databases for targeted outreach and ABM programmes.
Create landing pages for content promotion, lead generation and event registration.
Plan, build and manage LinkedIn paid campaigns, including audience targeting, creative briefing and performance tracking.
Optimise campaigns regularly to ensure strong engagement, efficient spend and alignment with wider campaign goals.
Report on paid performance and provide recommendations to improve results.
Write clear and effective copy for outreach emails, social posts, ads and landing pages.
Coordinate the promotion of content across LinkedIn, email and other owned channels.
Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure assets support campaign objectives.
Plan, deliver and optimise promotional campaigns for client events - from roundtables and panel discussions to larger industry conferences.
Drive registrations through targeted email, social promotion, paid media and outreach.
