One of the longest-standing communications agencies is on the hunt for an Account Director who has insight into working with hotels. The agency has a team of 22 who work in the office 3 days a week. They offer design, PR, events, social media, branding, and strategic advisory. They represent hotels around the UK and Mauritius.
Role & Responsibilities:
Provide innovative and creative ideas to clients
Manage, inspire, train and delegate work to your juniors
Manage budgets and manage resources
Bring your banter to the table
Be able to convert projects to retained work through the production of awe-inspiring work that reaches the objectives of clients who operate in a competitive market.
Be able to form strategies to target different audiences
Keep abreast of current PR trends and tools across both traditional media platforms, and new platforms
Develop influencer relations campaigns
Lead pitches for new business and develop PR proposals and expand the current portfolio
To be considered for this position, you'd need to have a hotel or travel PR background within an agency
