A PR agency with a team of 20 that represents well-known retail destinations, asset management, and property clients is on the lookout for either an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager who has insight and PR agency experience in the property space. This agency offers a progressive environment where you can harness your knowledge of the business media landscape, consumer behaviour, changes in the built environment, and urban life to produce informed PR campaigns.
Role & responsibilities
To be considered you must have existing UK PR agency experience in the property (commercial or residential). You should also be able to come into the office 3 days a week.
Drive client objectives and implement the strategic approach
Work closely with senior leaders to provide strategic support and act as the senior client lead, day to day
Inspire, manage, and oversee junior team members
Liaison with traditional and new media to actively promote the interests of all clients
Ensure enquiries from media contacts are fulfilled
Oversee, review and write client press releases
Lead on research news trends and angles for features opportunities
Generate high-level features and other coverage for clients by proactively selling stories and feature ideas to media targets through face-to-face to face meetings, attendance at networking events and regular communication
Constant development and updating of personal knowledge of clients’ products and internal policies
Management, organisation and hosting of events
Attendance at client meetings, plus trade and consumer shows to expand sector knowledge
Lead the coordination of studio or location photography
Oversee and be responsible for client expenditures and budgets
Undertaking research for new business proposals and presenting to potential new clients
Provide input on new processes and workflows as needed skills
Manage multiple accounts and develop positive working relationships with all clients
